If you late cancel or no show the following will apply:
INTRO OFFER If you late cancel your class will be forfeited and a $10 fee will be charged. If you no show, your class will be forfeited and a $25 fee will be charged.
CLASS PACKAGES If you late cancel or no show your class will be forfeited.
MEMBERSHIPS (all auto-pay memberships) All cancellations must be made online. We do not accept cancellations via phone or email. If you late cancel your class will be forfeited and a $10 fee will be charged. If you no show, your class will be forfeited and a $25 fee will be charged.
PRIVATE AND DUET SESSIONS If you late cancel or no show your session will be forfeited and you will be charged for the full session.
AUTO-PAY MEMBERSHIP - ADDITIONAL TERMS

Monthly Memberships auto-renew every 30 days: There is a 3- month commitment for the Monthly Memberships after which it is month-to month. You can upgrade your membership before the end of this term, but you cannot downgrade. If cancelled before the 3-month commitment period is up, any outstanding balance is due at the time of cancellation. Booking is open 30 days from date of payment only. You cannot book past 30 days from date of payment. Once next payment process you can then book for the next 30 days and so on. -
6-Month Memberships auto-renew every 6 months: There is no commitment for the 6-Month Membership. There are no refunds for any unused classes/months when cancelled. Booking is open continually 30 days from current date once payment processes. If you run out of classes before 6 months you must wait for your next payment to process to book any further or you can email us to process your next auto-payment in advance.

All memberships: Any unused classes do not roll over. By purchasing, you agree to the terms and authorize Pilate-ology to process this recurring charge at the current price. Your membership will auto-renew until you cancel. Any cancellation must be submitted via email 7 days before your next processing date.

To cancel All Memberships: email us at info@pilate-ology.com 7 days prior to your auto-payment date. Once a payment is processed it will not be refunded.

To freeze your Monthly Membership: email us at info@pilate-ology.com 7 days prior to your auto-pay date. A freeze is a minimum of 1 and a max 3 auto-pays/cycles per year. No mid auto-payment/cycle freeze permitted. Booking classes is not permitted until your account unfreezes.

To freeze your 6-Month Membership: email us at info@pilate-ology.com 7 days before you want to freeze. A freeze is a min of 30 days up to a max of 90 days per year. Booking classes is not permitted until your account unfreezes. This process will also freeze your Pilate-ology NOW access.

Classes do not automatically cancel when you freeze a membership. If you opt to freeze you are responsible for any classes not canceled during your freeze. Any uncancelled classes during a freeze will be charged the single class rate of $35/class.

All Auto-Pay Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be shared.

A valid credit card must be on file at all times.

STUDIO POLICY

If you are new to Pilates reformer we REQUIRE a Back To Basics class or Private Session before being permitted to take an All Level or Advanced class.

All class bookings and cancellations must be done online. We do not accept cancellations via email or phone.

Memberships, Class Packages, Private and Duets cannot be shared, transferred, or refunded once payment is processed.

There is a 5 minute grace period for classes after which you will be considered a no-show and not permitted to enter. This is for your safety and to avoid disrupting others.

We may cancel a class within 6 hours prior to start if there are 3 or less clients enrolled.

Must be 18 to join group classes. Privates and Duets sessions are available for those under 18.

Grippy socks are required for all classes. Socks are available for purchase if you do not have your own (women size 6 up to men size 10).

If you are pregnant, consistent customers may continue group classes but will be required to take private sessions each trimester to learn modifications. If you are a new client or using Class Pass you are only allowed to take private sessions to start.
