TEMPORARY COVID-19 POLICY FOR ALL IN-STUDIO CLASSES

CANCELLATION POLICY


There is a 12- hour cancelation policy for all classes and services. Reservations and cancelations should be made through your Pilate-ology account online or with your Pilate-ology or Mindbody Connect mobile app. We do not accept reservations or cancelations via phone or email.

ALL CLASSES REQUIRE A 12-HOUR CANCELLATION

If you late cancel or no show the following will apply:

INTRO OFFER (all auto-pay memberships) If you late cancel your class will be forfeited and a $10 fee will be charged. If you no show, your class will be forfeited and a $25 fee will be charged.

CLASS PACKAGES If you late cancel or no show your class will be forfeited.

MEMBERSHIPS (all auto-pay memberships) If you late cancel your class will be forfeited and a $10 fee will be charged. If you no show, your class will be forfeited and a $25 fee will be charged.

PRIVATE AND DUET SESSIONS If you late cancel or no show your session will be forfeited and you will be charged for the full session.

AUTO-PAY MEMBERSHIP - ADDITIONAL TERMS

There is a 3-month commitment for auto-pay memberships. You can upgrade your membership before the end of this term, but you cannot downgrade. If canceled before the 3-month period is up, any outstanding balance is due at the time of cancelation.

Your monthly membership fee covers a 30-day period from the date your auto-payment processes.

  1. BulletYour auto-pay membership auto-renews every 30 days. By purchasing, you agree to the terms and authorize Pilate-ology to process this recurring charge at the current price. Your membership will auto-renew until you cancel.

  2. BulletPrices are subject to change at any time.

  3. BulletTo cancel your membership: email us at  info@pilate-ology.com 1 week prior to your auto-payment date. Once a payment is processed it will not be refunded.

  4. BulletTo freeze your membership: email us at  info@pilate-ology.com 1 week prior to your auto-payment date. Once a payment is processed it will not be refunded nor put towards future auto-payments or other services.

  5. BulletA freeze is a minimum of 1 auto-pay month/cycle and a max of 3 auto-pay months/cycles. You cannot freeze your account mid auto-pay/month cycle. Pre-booking is not available when your account is frozen.

  6. BulletClasses do not automatically cancel if you freeze your account. If you freeze your account, you are responsible for any classes not canceled during the freeze. Any uncanceled classes during a freeze will be charged at a regular single class rate.


STUDIO POLICY

  1. BulletMemberships, Class Packages, Private and Duets cannot be shared, transferred, or refunded once payment is processed.

  2. BulletPrices are subject to change without notice.

  3. BulletClasses and Instructors are subject to change without notice.

  4. BulletThere is a 5-minute grace period for all in-studio classes; after which you will be considered a no show and not permitted to enter. This is for your safety and to avoid disrupting others. There is no grace period for virtual classes. If you are late to a virtual class you cannot be added into the room and will be considered a no-show.

  5. BulletWe may cancel a class within 6 hours prior to start if there are 3 or less clients enrolled.

  6. BulletMust be 18 to join group classes. Privates and Duets sessions are available for those under 18.

  7. BulletGrippy socks are required for all classes. Socks are available for purchase at the studio and you are welcome to bring your own. studio.
