ALL CLASSES REQUIRE A 12-HOUR ONLINE CANCELLATION
If you late cancel or no show the following will apply:
INTRO OFFER If you late cancel your class will be forfeited and a $10 fee will be charged. If you no show, your class will be forfeited and a $25 fee will be charged.
CLASS PACKAGES If you late cancel or no show your class will be forfeited.
MEMBERSHIPS (all auto-pay memberships) All cancellations must be made online. We do not accept cancellations via phone or email. If you late cancel your class will be forfeited and a $10 fee will be charged. If you no show, your class will be forfeited and a $25 fee will be charged.
PRIVATE AND DUET SESSIONS If you late cancel or no show your session will be forfeited and you will be charged for the full session.
AUTO-PAY MEMBERSHIP - ADDITIONAL TERMS
There is a 3-month commitment for auto-pay memberships after which is month-to-month. You can upgrade your membership before the end of this term, but you cannot downgrade. If canceled before the 3-month period is up, any outstanding balance is due at the time of cancelation.
Your monthly membership fee covers a 30-day period from the date your auto-payment processes.

Your auto-pay membership auto-renews every 30 days. Any unused classes do not roll over. By purchasing, you agree to the terms and authorize Pilate-ology to process this recurring charge at the current price. Your membership will auto-renew until you cancel.

To cancel your membership: email us at info@pilate-ology.com 1 week prior to your auto-payment date. Once a payment is processed it will not be refunded.

To freeze your membership: email us at info@pilate-ology.com 1 week prior to your auto-payment date. Once a payment is processed it will not be refunded nor put towards future auto-payments or other services.

A freeze is a minimum of 1 auto-pay month/cycle and a max of 3 auto-pay months/cycles. You cannot freeze your account mid auto-pay/month cycle. Booking is not available until your account is un-frozen.

Classes do not automatically cancel if you freeze your account. If you freeze your account, you are responsible for any classes not canceled during the freeze. Any uncanceled classes during a freeze will be charged at a regular single class rate.
STUDIO POLICY

If you are new to Pilates reformer we REQUIRE a Back To Basics class or Private Session before being permitted to take an All Level or Advanced class.

All class bookings and cancellations must be done online. We do not accept cancellations via email or phone.

Memberships, Class Packages, Private and Duets cannot be shared, transferred, or refunded once payment is processed.

There is a 5 minute grace period for classes after which you will be considered a no-show and not permitted to enter. This is for your safety and to avoid disrupting others.

We may cancel a class within 6 hours prior to start if there are 3 or less clients enrolled.

Must be 18 to join group classes. Privates and Duets sessions are available for those under 18.

Grippy socks are required for all classes. Socks are available for purchase if you do not have your own (women size 6 up to men size 10).

If you are pregnant, consistent customers may continue group classes but will be required to take private sessions each trimester to learn modifications. If you are a new client or using Class Pass you are only allowed to take private sessions to start.
