TEMPORARY COVID-19 POLICY FOR ALL IN-STUDIO CLASSES

FUN-DAMENTALS - Beginner
Whether you are new to Pilates or just wanting a better understanding of the basics, this class is for you. This class is all about providing you with the foundation for an effective Pilates workout. We’ll teach you the how to deeply engage your core and use the equipment safely. Learn what makes Pilates unique from other forms of exercise and modify exercises.

ALL LEVEL GROUP REFORMER - All Levels
Our group reformer classes are 50 minutes long and will provide you the most effective full body circuit training based Pilates workout. The classes are taught on Stott reformers and the spring board will be used occasionally during these sessions. If you are new to Pilates reformer we require you to take at least one private session or a beginner group class.

SPRINGBOARD - All Levels
Take your Pilates practice to another level and work your core like never before! The Springboard was developed as a space saving alternative to the Tower/Cadillac apparatus. Working out on the Springboard provides you with an energizing full-body workout by challenging balance, coordination, pelvic and upper body stability all at once. Exercises on the Springboard are completely different than the Reformer as you are working your limbs independently which requires a more focused core connection and helps to develop the deep abdominal muscles. We'll even throw in a little cardio too with standing and jumping work! Put a spring in your step with Springboard today!

CARDIO-OLOGY - All Levels
The 50 minute class will provide you with the most effective full body workout by mixing cardio trampoline for 15-20 minutes to the reformer class. Springboards may be included in these classes. Jump yourself to a slimmer you!

1/2 REFORMER 1/2 SPRINGBOARD - All Levels
What a perfect Pilates combination. 1/2 the class is on the springboard and 1/2 on the reformer. This class will work every muscle and challenge your balance in every Pilates way possible. This is an all level session but will feel like a more intermediate to advanced level class.

CARDIO SPRINGBOARD - Intermediate/Advanced
This high intensity class Springboard class utilizes the full capacity of the apparatus with advanced moves, a cardio component and few if any breaks between exercises. Incorporating the principles of both Pilates and HIIT, no significant modifications will be given and you should be experienced in Springboard prior to taking this class. This class will make you sweat so bring a towel! Please, no beginners.

ADVANCED SPRINGBOARD - No beginners please
This advanced level Springboard class is full of challenging moves, faster flow and quick transitions. We will be taking each exercise to its most advanced level to improve strength and endurance. Still utilizing the main Pilates principle of building core strength; this class takes it to a whole new level!

*There are no modifications for this class and you must have advanced Pilate-ology Springboard and/or advanced Reformer experience. Please, no beginners.

ADVANCED POWER PILATES - No beginners please
This challenging and upbeat Reformer class offers Pilate-ology’s advanced regulars a class that is fast paced and emphasizes strength and cardio/endurance exercises that are sure to leave you sweating. So bring your towel and get ready to earn your weekend!

*There are no modifications and very little rest time. You must have a advanced Pilate-ology Reformer experience. Please, no beginners.

VIRTUAL MAT CLASS - All levels
Can’t make it to the studio? No problem. During this 60 minute all level class, we will go through a series of Pilates mat exercises designed to build strength, lengthen and tone. Virtual Mat is perfect when you are pressed for time and can’t make it to the studio, are traveling or just not feeling 100% but still want to move your body. Props like weights, ball and bands may be used to add intensity to the workout!

All virtual classes are on Zoom. Please, set up your Zoom account in advance and understand how to operate your camera and audio. It is your responsibility to have a good internet connection and understand how to use Zoom in advance.

You will receive a link via email to join the Zoom class at least 10 minutes before the class begins. Please Zoom in at least 5 minutes early. The Zoom Room will lock once the class begins. If you are late you will not be permitted to join and be considered a no-show.
