BACK TO BASICS - All Levels
Required for those who are new to Pilates but welcome to all levels! This class focuses on the foundations of Pilates using basic classical movements, with an emphasis on understanding the principles of breath, core engagement, and the mind-body connection which is so important in Pilates. The pace is slower so as to pay attention to these deeper connections within the body. This class is great as well for those who are intermediate to advanced who are interested in a more traditional approach to Pilates.

ALL LEVEL GROUP REFORMER - All Levels
Our group reformer classes are 50 minutes long and will provide you the most effective full body circuit training based Pilates workout. If you are new to Pilates reformer we require you to take at least one private session or Back to Basics class.

SPRINGBOARD - Intermediate/Advanced
Take your Pilates practice to another level and work your core like never before! The Springboard was developed as a space saving alternative to the Tower/Cadillac apparatus. Working out on the Springboard provides you with an energizing full-body workout by challenging balance, coordination, pelvic and upper body stability all at once. Exercises on the Springboard are completely different than the Reformer as you are working your limbs independently which requires a more focused core connection and helps to develop the deep abdominal muscles. We'll even throw in a little cardio too with standing and jumping work! Put a spring in your step with Springboard today! Please, no beginners.

CARDIO-OLOGY - Intermediate/Advanced
The 50 minute class will provide you with the most effective full body workout by mixing cardio trampoline for 15-20 minutes to the reformer class. Springboards may be included in these classes. Jump yourself to a slimmer you! Please, no beginners.

ADVANCED ATHLETIC REFORMER - No beginners please
This fast-paced approach uses quick transitions to build endurance, train focus, increase heart rate and optimize caloric burn. Please be aware that NO modifications will be given in this class. This is an advanced class and not appropriate for those who have issues with dizziness, high blood pressure or are pregnant.

*There are no modifications and very little rest time. You must have a advanced Pilate-ology Reformer experience. Please, no beginners.

BARRE BLEND - All levels
This beat-driven, ballet-inspired class blends together traditional Pilates exercises with ballet barre for a fun, targeted workout. Get focused on some serious toning and improve your posture with special focus on balance, coordination, alignment, and rotation. Incorporating multiple pieces of equipment, this class moves between Mat, Reformer, and Springboard work for a challenging, unique workout every week. Created for those who love to let loose and dance!
