Monthly Memberships auto-charge every 30 days under a yearly contract. The contract renews yearly until canceled via e-mail. There is an initial 3-month commitment for memberships. If cancellation is requested prior to month three, the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. Contracts can be canceled via your account any time after your initial 3-month commitment, however you will still responsible for the remainder of the yearly contract. We ask that you contact the studio via e-mail instead if you need to cancel prior to your contract ending. Any accounts refunded if canceled on-line will be subject to a 10% processing fee of the remaining contract balance. You can upgrade your membership before the end of this term, but you cannot downgrade. Booking is open 30 days from the date of payment only. You cannot book past 30 days from the date of payment. Once the next payment processes you can then book for the next 30 days and so on. Unused classes do not roll over. By purchasing this membership, you agree to monthly recurring charges and yearly renewal. Please see the Freeze FAQ for guidelines on Membership Freeze Policies. 6-Month Memberships auto-renew every 6 months and are paid in 6 month increments. If you choose to cancel after payment has been processed, no refunds will be given. All 6 months of classes will be deposited into your account to schedule on a 30-day rolling calendar. If you run out of classes before your next processing date, you can e-mail us to process your next payment early or you may purchase class packages in the interim. All memberships are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be shared.
All memberships must be cancelled via e-mail. Memberships cancelled on-line still will be charged the remainder of the contract period.
